My work centers on helping you return to your body, soften long-held tension patterns, and reconnect with a sense of presence, clarity, and inner steadiness. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group offerings, or guided resources, each experience is designed to support your evolving soma and meet you exactly where you are.

1:1 Offerings


Personalized, one-on-one support rooted in somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.

This pathway includes Somatic Movement Education, MAP Coaching, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Sound Healing, and integrated combined sessions.

Each session is intuitive, gentle, and designed to help your system unwind, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease.

Classes & Workshops


Classes and workshops invite you to explore somatic movement, nervous system education, and embodied practices in a group setting. I teach in person at Mindful You Yoga & Wellness Co-op and at Wishing Star Farm & Wellness, and through online workshops that allow you to join from anywhere. These shared experiences offer connection, learning, and gentle support.

Ongoing somatic support from anywhere, at your own pace.

The Supportive Collections includes recorded somatic movement practices, for nervous system resets, integrative movement sequences, guided meditations and additional resources you can access anytime. Membership options offer different levels of access to this growing library and are ideal for global clients, busy mothers, and anyone wanting consistent support between sessions
