60-Minute In-Person Sessions

These 60-minute sessions offer focused, modality-specific support for the nervous system. Whether you choose craniosacral therapy, reflexology, or somatic bodywork, your session centers on the primary modality you book, creating a clear and grounded container for restorative work. This format offers meaningful support within a shorter time frame, helping your system settle, unwind, and reconnect.

90-Minute Integrative Somatic Bodywork Session

A 90-minute integrative session offers a spacious and deeply restorative experience for the nervous system. With more time to settle, soften, and unfold, this extended format allows somatic bodywork and craniosacral therapy to work together in a fluid, supportive way. The longer container invites deeper unwinding, more complete integration, and a sense of reset that is difficult to access in shorter sessions. It’s an ideal choice when you are seeking full-body support and a more transformative somatic experience.

I teach at Mindful You Yoga and Wellness, at Wishing Star Farm, and at select locations seasonally, with more online offerings coming soon.
