MAP Coaching Sessions

MAP Coaching supports nervous system regulation by working with subconscious patterns, emotional imprints, and conditioned stress responses that shape how we think, feel, and respond in daily life. This is a gentle, non invasive coaching approach designed to create change without rehashing the past or reliving difficult experiences.

Rather than focusing on insight alone, MAP Coaching works with the body and nervous system to support integration, safety, and lasting shifts. Sessions are collaborative, attuned, and paced according to your capacity, allowing change to unfold in a grounded and sustainable way.

Working with MAP Coaching

You may choose MAP Coaching as a stand alone offering or within a longer integrative session that weaves MAP Coaching with somatic movement education for deeper embodiment and nervous system support.

MAP Coaching sessions are currently offered at a reduced rate while I complete advanced training. Integrative MAP Coaching and somatic sessions provide a more spacious container for those who want to include movement based nervous system education alongside coaching support.
