Integrative Somatic Bodywork Session • 90 minutes

A 90 minute session designed for deep release, nervous system regulation, and whole body renewal. This is my most comprehensive in person offering and gives your body the time and space it needs to unwind at its own natural pace.

Your session may include gentle somatic based bodywork, subtle craniosacral therapy, and grounding reflexology. These modalities weave together intuitively to soften long held tension patterns, settle an overworked nervous system, and restore ease to both body and mind.

The session unfolds moment by moment, guided by the needs of your system, creating a therapeutic experience that is both spacious and deeply restorative.

If you are seeking meaningful change, nervous system balance, and a sense of coming home to yourself, this is the offering I recommend.

Clients wanting deeper support may also choose the five session package which provides a steady rhythm of care and additional savings. The 5-Session Package ($650) applies to both online and in-person 90-minute sessions.
