Reflexology Session • 60 minutes

A nervous-system focused session for grounding, restoration, and whole-body balance

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive healing art used around the world to reduce stress, support circulation, improve energy flow, and create a deep sense of whole-body balance. In this 60-minute session, the feet are cleansed with warm towels, inviting the body to soften and settle before the work begins.

Reflexology uses specific pressure points on the feet that correspond with different organs and systems within the body. While not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions, this approach is profoundly effective at calming the central nervous system, easing tension patterns, and supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore itself from within.

As the feet unwind, the rest of the body often follows. Clients commonly experience a shift from overwhelm into grounded presence, improved mood, enhanced sleep, healthier digestion, reduced pain, and an overall feeling of clarity and wellbeing.

This session concludes with gentle craniosacral techniques to support integration, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of ease throughout the whole body.

A reflexology session is a grounding, restorative experience that supports both emotional and physical wellbeing, allowing the system to return to a more balanced and regulated state.
