Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, light touch therapeutic approach that supports the functioning of the central nervous system and influences many of the body’s interconnected systems, including digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory and circulatory. It can also help ease the physical components related to somatic conditions such as post traumatic stress, anxiety and depression.

Each session focuses on connecting with the client’s inner framework through the skull, sacrum, fascial system and other landmarks. Slow, intentional contact helps release restrictions in the Craniosacral Rhythm and restores harmony between the nervous system and the body’s natural healing intelligence.

Because CST works with the body’s innate capacity to rebalance and unwind tension, it is increasingly used as a preventive and restorative approach. Clients often seek CST for support with:
