(3) Session MAP Coaching Series

This focused three session series offers gentle but powerful support for shifting subconscious emotional patterns, easing overwhelm, and creating more internal steadiness. Each session follows a calm, guided MAP process that works directly with the deeper layers of the mind where automatic reactions and long held beliefs are stored. Sessions are 45 to 75 minutes depending on the MAP procedure offered.

3 Session MAP Coaching Series • $130

This introductory rate is available until June 2026 while Crystal completes her MAP Practitioner certification. Beginning in June 2026, MAP Coaching sessions will be $130 per session with an eight session transformation package available for $880.
