I know what it feels like to live inside burnout and still keep going because everything depends on you. I know what it is to push through exhaustion, to hold it all together, even as your nervous system unravels and you start to become someone you barely recognize. Somatic movement healed and balanced my nervous system and released the deep muscle tension brought on by chronic stress. MAP coaching helped me see the unhealthy patterns of dysfunction I was stuck within and opened a pathway toward real change.

There is also a deeper thread behind my work. I watched my mom move through a healthcare system that separated the body from the mind and spirit. That experience shaped my belief that true healing must honor the whole person.

My work is a devotion to that truth. I help people find ease, space, and a grounded sense of belonging within their own bodies.

The Women I Support

I primarily support women who are holding everything together, and anyone who resonates with this work is always welcome. Many of the people who find me are high achievers, heart led entrepreneurs, overextended moms, and caregivers who are living in a constant state of overwhelm with a nervous system stuck on high alert.

I help the ones who appear strong and capable on the outside but feel frayed on the inside. The women who push through fatigue, tension, anxiety, or emotional overload because slowing down feels impossible or unsafe. The ones whose bodies are always bracing for the next thing, whose minds never fully quiet, and who carry far more than anyone realizes.

My Approach to Supporting You

The support I provide blends somatic movement, nervous system bodywork, and MAP coaching into a holistic approach that supports the whole person. Every session meets your body where it is, whether we are working together in person or online. The focus is always the same, to unwind tension, release overwhelm, and help you reconnect to yourself.
Through intuitive guidance, slow neuro informed movement, and gentle body based awareness practices, I help soften long held stress patterns, ease emotional overload, and guide your nervous system toward regulation and balance. When we work in person, hands on bodywork can be included as one of the tools. When we work online, somatic movement and MAP coaching become the primary pathways, and they are just as powerful.
Together, these tools create a path toward grounded ease, inner clarity, and a more resilient nervous system, no matter where you are located.

How We Can Work Together

I support clients both in person and around the world, and each option offers the same depth of presence and attunement. Whether we are meeting online or in person, the work adapts beautifully to the space we are in and you receive the same level of support and care.

Global Sessions (Online)

I work with clients across the United States and internationally through somatic movement sessions and MAP coaching. Online work is deeply effective and many clients prefer it because they can unwind and regulate in the comfort of their own home. The work translates beautifully and is just as powerful as in person sessions.

Mindful You Yoga and Wellness Co-op (Baltimore County, Maryland)

This is my primary home base. As the founder and co owner of Mindful You Yoga and Wellness, this is where I offer the majority of my in person sessions. My treatment space is fully supplied for comfort and grounding, including a warming BioMat on the table to support deeper relaxation and nervous system ease. Even when the building has moments of activity, the room itself is designed to help your body settle, unwind, and feel held.

Wishing Star Farm (Glen Arm, Maryland)

I offer somatic workshops/events and limited in person session hours at Wishing Star Farm. This serene countryside space naturally supports deeper relaxation, release, and connection with nature.

Wherever you are located, we can work together in a way that supports your body and your life.

Somatic Movement Education

In person or on Zoom

Gentle neuro based movement that releases long held tension and supports regulation. In person sessions are offered as table based somatic bodywork, while online sessions include a spacious ninety minute guided movement practice.

MAP Coaching

Zoom only

Subconscious repatterning that softens overwhelm, stress responses, and limiting beliefs with comfort and clarity. Cohort pricing available until June while I complete my practitioner training.

Reflexology

In person

A grounding, whole system balancing practice through the feet. Beautiful on its own or as integration after somatic or craniosacral work.

Craniosacral Therapy

In person

A light touch approach that unwinds deep patterns of tension and supports the nervous system’s natural healing intelligence.

Sound Healing

At Mindful You Yoga and Wellness Co-op

A soothing, meditative sound experience using vibration and tone to support nervous system reset and inner stillness. Offered one on one or in small groups.

Combined Sessions

Integrated support that weaves modalities according to your needs. Online sessions combine somatic movement and MAP. In person sessions often blend somatic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, and reflexology for a deeply holistic experience.
